We have already started working on the 2025 Deans' Roundtable Annual Conference, and cannot wait to see you there next year. More details to come, soon!

What the DRT Annual Conference is all about

Since 2012, the Deans’ Roundtable Annual Conference has been at the forefront of professional development for student life professionals. We proudly cater to middle schools, high schools, day schools, and boarding schools, providing a unique space for growth, learning, and connection.

Our annual three-day conference is designed to tackle the hot topics that are top of mind, ensuring that our participants stay ahead of the curve. From work-life balance and emotional intelligence to restorative practices and discipline, our sessions cover the key issues that matter most in today’s educational landscape.

Understanding that roles in student life can often feel isolating, our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for all attendees. We offer year-round networking opportunities to foster a community of support and collaboration, helping you connect with peers and visionary leaders dedicated to shaping the future of academia.

Join us at the Deans’ Roundtable Conference and be a part of a transformative experience that equips you with the strategies and connections needed to be successful at your school.
